The challenge of eating healthy food was slowly killing me. I looked at the leafy greens desperately and almost cried eating cottage cheese in the morning instead of eggs and bacon. But looking on the bright side, I found some amazing healthy dessert that is also surprisingly delicious. These baked apples stuffed with the cotton cheese (the one I couldn’t finish at the morning, right) are just perfect; in fact, they made my day and saved it from being miserable and sad (thanks to the leafy greens I hate).
So if you are struggling with healthy food challenge and want to change this bar of chocolate you eat at night with something healthy, I share this wonderful recipe I partly found on the Russian website, partly invented by myself. I hope it will help you as a tasty & healthy easy-to-make snack you can eat anytime during the day.
Stuffed apples from the oven:
- cottage cheese;
- ground cinnamon;
It’s so easy to make them! Just make a hole in each apple and stuff them with cottage cheese, raisins, nuts mixed with sugar. Add some water to the tray and put apples in the oven for 30 minutes (300F). Then you can top them with honey, cinnamon and enjoy!
